§ 80. Mr. Sedgemoreasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will introduce legislation to allow county authorities to establish passenger transport authorities to run local bus services and integrate local transport policies.
§ Mr. MulleyMy right hon. Friend already has the power to designate passenger transport areas by order under Section 9 of the Transport Act 1968 should he consider it expedient to do so.
