asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will make a statement setting out the proposals of the Government for discussion at the Law of the Sea Conference so far as these affect Scottish fishermen and Scottish waters.

The Government are actively considering how hon. Members and outside interests can best be informed and consulted.
