§ Mr. Staintonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will issue a guidance circular to planning authorities covering all environmental factors regarding marinas, in view of actual or projected developments on the Rivers Deben and Orwell at Shotley, Levington, Chelmondiston, Martlesham and Woodbridge.
