§ Mrs. Hart£350,000 has been allocated for relief and rehabilitation measures, including a food-for-work programme, the supply and air freighting of food and medicines and a feeder road construction programme under the supervision of the Royal Engineers. I am now assessing the progress made and the extent of future needs.
