Mr. Bray

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what were the number and area of vacant industrial premises known to his Department in the North-West Region as a whole, in the county of Lancashire, in north-east Lancashire and the parliamentary constituency of Rossendale, respectively, on 30th September in each of the years 1969, 1970, 1971, 1972 and 1973.
