§ Mr. AlisonI am reviewing the local health and personal social services building programme generally. Any reconsideration of the Neasden scheme must depend on the outcome of this review and also be subject to the arrangements announced by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 8th October for phasing forward construction industry contracts.
