Friend the Minister for Housing and Construction is setting up a working party with the following terms of reference
To consider the question of self-employment in the construction industry and proposals for decasualisation of the industry submitted by the TUC to the Minister for Housing and Construction and any other associated issues, and to make specific recommendations urgently".Mr. Desmond Misselbrook, CBE, has agreed to act as chairman.
