§ Mr. Millanasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will announce the terms of reference of the review following the Mary Cairns case, the names of the persons who are to conduct the review, and the other arrangements relating to the review.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellA review of the statutory and administrative issues raised by the Mary Cairns case is being conducted by the Scottish Departments involved. As part of this review full consultations will be carried out with the appropriate authorities and representative bodies in Scotland.
