§ Mr. SpeedPresent traffic volumes do not justify the dualling of Alnwick bypass, and neither present nor projected traffic flows justify construction of the proposed bypasses at Felton, Warenford, Belford and Berwick-upon-Tweed to dual carriageway standards. Nevertheless, I share the hon. Member's concern about the number of accidents on the Alnwick bypass and am considering what measures 103W might be taken to reduce the risk of accidents.
