§ Mr. EmeryThe Motor Fuel (Restriction of Supplies) Order 1973 does not restrict the sale of motor fuel in cans to firms within the building industry if this has been the customary method of purchase, and provided the fuel is acquired in a normal quantity from the purchaser's normal supplier, I presume this has to be for use within a reasonable time in the course of the purchaser's business.
