§ Mr. WoodI refer the hon. Gentleman to the reply I gave on 2nd November to the hon. Member for Portsmouth, West (Mr. Judd)—[Vol. 863, c.17–18.] The food-for-work programme to which Her Majesty's Government are contributing is in Tigre Province, but all other supplies are intended for distribution throughout both the provinces suffering from the famine, Tigre and Wollo.
