§ Mr. Pavittasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT the names of the chairmen of regional health authorities, together with the salaries they will receive and the number of days each week they will be expected to work.
§ Sir K. JosephI would refer the hon. Member to my reply—[Vol. 857, c.413–14.]to my hon. Friend the Member for Billericay (Mr. McCrindle) on 15th June which announced the names of chairmen of regional health authorities. Flat rate remuneration of £2,000 per annum is payable. The amount of time devoted to the job will vary but is not expected to be less than one or more than two days a week.
