§ Mr. Anthony GrantApart from the assistance announced to the Mersey Docks and Harbour Company, one offer of selective assistance has been made to a service industry project which is located in the Northern Region. As at 16th April, 12 applications were under consideration, seven in the North-West Region, four in Scotland and one in the East Midlands. I am unable to give further details without breaking commercial confidence.
