§ Mr. Stallardasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department under what section of which Act Mr. McGurran was sent from London to Belfast on Saturday 22nd April.
§ Mr. LaneDirections were given under Section 9(4)(a) of the Immigration Act 1971 that Mr. McGurran should not be given entry, on the ground that his exclusion was conducive to the public good as being in the interests of national security. He was inadvertently removed to Northern Ireland instead of to the Republic of Ireland.
