§ Mr. Stallardasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what were the reasons for the exclusion of Mr. J. Clarke, aged 92 years, a semi-blind 364W cripple, from England on Sunday 22nd April.
§ Mr. LaneMr. Clarke was refused leave to enter on 21st April, on the ground that his exclusion was conducive to the public good as being in the interests of national security.
