Morgan asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will seek to establish the percentage of fishing rights in Welsh rivers which are owned by fishing associations or other bodies which are based in Wales.

I do not consider that the detailed inquiries that would have to be made to ascertain this information would be justified.
