§ Mr. John DaviesNo conclusions were reached at the meeting of the Council of Ministers on 5th March about the basis upon which new agreements would be negotiated with Mediterranean countries. Discussions with our partners are continuing with a view to giving effect to decisions reached at the summit meeting in Parist last October.
