Mr. Blenkinsopasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will recommend the appointment of a Royal Commission to study the state of the countryside, to consider the changes that are taking place and their consequences, and to recommend its future planning as a resource for production 78W and recreation, and as an area for satisfactory living.
