Her Majesty's Government will conform to the requirements of E.E.C. legislation concerning the freedom of movement for workers within the Community, and with the exception of employment in the public service, to which the provisions of the legislation do not apply, E.E.C. nationals will have the same access to jobs as indigenous workers.
