§ Mr. Muddasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will ensure that the Press department of each of Her Majesty's embassies is equipped with a tape recorder for the purposes of recording the full proceedings of all official Press conferences.
Mr. Anthony HoyleI am content to leave this to the embassies' discretion. There is provision for the purchase of tape recorders necessary for their work, and most embassies in fact have them for use as appropriate.
