asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food by how much retail food prices have risen during the 37 months between 18th June 1970 and 18th July 1973.

Between 16th June 1970 and 19th June 1973, the latest date for which information is available, the food index rose by 37.2 per cent.

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food if he will give the figures of increases per pound in the price of beef, lamb, chicken, fish and a large loaf of bread since 18th June 1970.
