asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many acres of derelict land have been reclaimed over each of the past years in the Yorkshire and Humberside Region; what are the existing acres of such land; and how many acres are scheduled for reclamation over the next three years.

The existing acreage of derelict land regarded as justifying treatment is 9,801 of which approximately 3,600 acres are scheduled for reclamation over the next three years.
