Nabarroasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will now confirm that the building of the bypass at Harvington, Worcestershire, on the A439 will proceed, and that the Worcestershire County Council highways authority has been authorised, grant 360W aided, to commence operations during the current year 1973–74, with a view to completion in the summer of 1974; and whether he will make a statement.
§ Mr. SpeedThe Department is considering the inspector's report on the public inquiry held on this truck road scheme. I hope that a decision will be announced very shortly.
