§ Mr. Chichester-ClarkCourses in computer work which have been tailored to the requirements of the industry are available under my Department's Training Opportunities Scheme at local education authority colleges and at other establishments whose standards of training are acceptable. It is considered that the wider publicity of these facilities on which we are now embarking will achieve quicker and more effective results than the compilation and the introduction of a code of practice.
