§ Mr. Crouchasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will take additional steps to protect the lives of those who live beside the A2 from Dover to Brenley Corner between now and 1976 when the proposed improvements to this road will be in operation; and, in particular, if he will consider the introduction of some limitation of the number of heavy vehicles which may use this route until then.
