§ Mrs. FennerThe latest results of the National Food Survey show that the energy and nutritional content of the diet of all income groups remains substantially greater than that recommended for a healthy population by the Department of Health and Social Security. I do not, therefore, consider that a subsidised and fortified national loaf is necessary at the present time.
