§ Mr. Barnesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he intends to make a commencement order to bring into operation Schedule 1 to the Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act 1972 in relation to surveys and development plans in Greater London.
§ Mr. ChannonThe Greater London Council and the London Boroughs Association have already been consulted about such an order, and it will be made as soon as possible after their comments have been considered.
