§ Mr. EmeryNo. The British Steel Corporation and the private sector steel producers are required by the Treaty of Paris to publish basing point prices for ECSC products applicable to all customers within the Community, with freight charged separately. Steel products not covered by the ECSC continue to be sold in the main at uniform delivered prices throughout the United Kingdom.
