§ Mr. ChannonIn the first quarter of 1973, completions were reported of 48 public and 167 private sector dwellings in the area; figures for the second quarter are not yet available. The corresponding figures for the first quarter of 1972 are 22 public and 132 private dwellings and for the first quarter of 1970, 37 and 210 respectively.
