§ Sir Robin Turtonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will place in the Library of the House of Commons a copy of the Draft Directive on Cocoa and Chocolate R/659/63 that is to be considered by the Council of the European Communities on 16th and 17th July 1973.
§ Mr. AmeryA translation of the draft directive in question was placed in the Library on 6th July and also made available to hon. Members on the same day through the Vote Office.
