§ 38. Mr. Thorpeasked the Secretary of State for the Environment when he will be examining the responsibilities and functions of the Forestry Commission and of planning authorities in regard to the environmental aspects of private forestry.
§ Mr. RipponI am already considering with my colleagues the best way of dealing with the environmental aspects of private forestry and we shall be discussing the matter further with the interests concerned.
