Mr. Rost

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department (1) how many blind prisoners have a radio, tape recorder, a braille typewriter, or radiogram; and how many such prisoners have been refused such devices;

(2) how many blind or partially sighted persons are at present in prison; and how many have become blind or partially sighted while in prison, over the past five years.
