Member for West Ham, North's, communication of 7th August concerning Mr. Ram Sharda; and what information, as contained in the letter of 22nd December, was not available by 17th August.
§ Mr. CarlisleThe police investigation into Mr. Sharda's complaints was protracted, and the report of the investigation required careful study. The inquiry had not been completed on 17th August.
