§ Mr. Spearingasked the Prime Minister which Minister or Ministers of the Crown are responsible for representing the views of the United Kingdom concerning the level of import levies of Norwegian frozen fish fillets into the United Kingdom and the EEC.
§ The Prime MinisterMy right hon. Friends the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry, the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food all have an interest and consult with each other as appropriate. The circumstances on each occasion would determine which of these Ministers represents the views of the United Kingdom Government.
