Mr. Fryasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will confirm that the proposed M1-A1 link will be implemented at the earliest opportunity to link up with the scheme for the improved A45 in Huntingdonshire, thus obviating the early improvement of the A45 in Northamptonshire east of Little Irchester.
