§ Mr. AmeryThe Governments of the countries concerned are in no doubt about our views and the strength of public feeling in Britain on these matters. Her Majesty's Government do not have any standing to intervene on behalf of citizens of other countries, but my right hon. Friend drew Mr. Gromyko's attention, as he has done in the past, to the feeling in this country about these questions.
