asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many of the 193 EEC authorisations allocated to the United Kingdom for goods transported by road in 1973 will be allocated to Northern Ireland.

Only 114 EEC authorisations are so far available to the United Kingdom. Of these three have been issued to Northern Ireland operators.
