HC Deb 04 April 1973 vol 854 c93W
24. Mr. Carmichael

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will reconsider the definition of "minor" as used in amendments to land use plans already passed by him, in view of the Expenditure Committee Report on Public Transport and Railways, and with particular reference to the "minor" amendment to the Glasgow plan to permit the building of houses on the Kirklee line.

Mr. Younger

I am studying carefully the recommendations of the Expenditure Committee, but I do not think that they are directly relevant to the issues raised by the hon. Gentleman.
