asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will ask for the comments of the Kilbrandon Committee on the constitutional proposals for Northern Ireland and for its estimate of the effect the preparation of such comments would have on the date of publication of the committee's report.

No. It is for the commission to decide what account to take of these proposals as of other developments during the course of its work.
