§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsThe East Suffolk and Norfolk River Authority has made an application for an order under Section 82 of the Water Resources Act 1963 transferring to it the navigation functions of the Great Yarmouth Port and Haven Commissioners in relation to the rivers Yare, Bure and Waveney.
