The names of the authorities who have indicated to the Department of the Environment that they do not intend to implement the Housing Finance Act.

The following authorities have informed the Department that they have resolved not to implement the Housing Finance Act, or parts of it:

  • Salford.
  • South Shields.
  • Walsall.

Non-county borough

  • Eccles.

Urban District Councils

  • Clay Cross.
  • Conisborouth
  • Garforth.
  • Halstead.
  • Skelmersdale & Holland.
  • Bedworth.
