§ Mr. SpeedNo, but owners, lessees and occupiers of property directly affected by the Orders for the Relief Road and who formally objected to these Orders will be entitled to claim either the whole or part of their costs at the Inquiry if the effect on their property has been removed or diminished by modification of the Side Road and Compulsory Purchase Orders.
