§ Mr. EyreOne council house was sold in 1970, 18 in 1971 and 28 between 1st January and 31st May, 1972. Average prices ranged from £2,500 in 1970 to £4,500 in 1972. They are based on current market value as advised to the Council by the District Valuer.
