§ Mr. DeanI am aware of Mr. Fadojutimi's circumstances and, as the hon. Member well knows, I cannot comment on them because of the undertaking given to all claimants of social security benefits that their personal circumstances will be regarded as strictly confidential. I can say, however, that the hon. Member's information is not entirely correct.
