HC Deb 24 October 1972 vol 843 c240W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he is aware that Mr. Ralph Fadojutimi, a 28years-old man of Stratford, London, E.15, has been studying as a student since his entry into this country, has never worked, drawing student's allowances and living in a council rent-rebated flat; and what social security payments he has received during this period.

Mr. Dean

I am aware of Mr. Fadojutimi's circumstances and, as the hon. Member well knows, I cannot comment on them because of the undertaking given to all claimants of social security benefits that their personal circumstances will be regarded as strictly confidential. I can say, however, that the hon. Member's information is not entirely correct.
