§ Mr. Peter WalkerOffice rents in Paris are roughly the same as those for comparable premises in the West End; rents in Brussels and Amsterdam are about one-third of this; in Zurich and Frankfurt between one-third and one-half, and in New York about one-half. Rents for offices in the City are on average about one-third higher than those in the West End.
