HC Deb 17 October 1972 vol 843 c60W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Attorney-General why, in view of the prima facie evidence submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions by Mr. Edward J. Mose, a commercial accountant, regarding illegalities and contravention of Acts of Parliament, he will not consider prosecution in these cases.

The Solicitor-General

The Director of Public Prosecutions has carefully considered the matter and has come to the conclusion that there is not aprima facie case for criminal proceedings.
