§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he received the Report of the Erroll Committee on drinking hours in England and Wales; when this is likely to be published; whether this includes proposals to enable 16-year-olds to purchase alcoholic drinks; and whether he will make a statement.
