§ Mrs. Joyce Butlerasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he intends to introduce regulations to control the amount of lead in artists' materials.
§ Mr. LaneDraft regulations prescribing limits for the amount of lead and certain other toxic metals in pencils, paintbrushes, crayons and similar articles were circulated for comment in September. As soon as consultations have been completed the regulations will be made.
