§ The Attorney-GeneralThis matter has already been dealt with by the expedited and improved procedure introduced by Order 113 of the Rules of the Supreme Court and Order 26 of the County Court Rules. My noble and learned Friend has also asked the Law Commission to examine the Statutes of forcible entry and relevant common law offences and recommend any relevant changes in legislation.
