§ The Attorney-GeneralAfter consulting local interests, my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor has decided to accept the recommendation of the Royal Commission on Assizes and Quarter Sessions that the location of the first tier centre in Cornwall should be changed from Bodmin to Truro. The change will take place when the necessary accommodation can be built at Truro.
